“Lee and Deborah were truly a dynamic duo in our home-buying process. I had been referred to them by a friend, and I knew from our first interaction via phone that we would wind up hiring them. They are well-organized, highly professional (and yet very personable), come with extensive knowledge, and they have fantastic instincts. That said, they also let us take the lead on the hunting process and really followed our inclinations about which homes to visit, etc. – letting us first indicate interest and availability and then setting up showings. However, their real expertise shone once we decided to make an offer. They had keen instincts about market prices and values, things to look for, etc., and they made the process clear and as simple as possible. When we made an offer on our eventual home, Lee actually convinced us to offer less than we initially planned, which resulted in a more advantageous purchase than we had dared hope.
